CODE OF CONDUCT
This Code of Conduct is subject to changes as determined by the relative Principal, Educators and Governing Body. Transgression of these rules and repeated misconduct can lead to suspension.
School rules exist to protect learners; to establish self-discipline and co- operation; to protect property and to ensure that responsible, disciplined and balanced learners progress to high schools. This Code of Conduct must be adhered to at all times, on as well as away from the school premises (e.g. excursions, sport meetings and all other occasions.)
The Code of Conduct will be explained to learners by the Principal and Educators during the first week of the first quarter of each year.
When a child is newly enrolled at our school, their parents/guardians will receive a copy of the Code of Conduct and by signing this document, they accept liability that his/her child will respect and adhere to the school rules.
Except in cases of illness/injury when a parent/guardian is informed by the school of such illness/injury NO LEARNER IS ALLOWED to leave the school premises during school hours without the prior written permission of the Principal.
If at any time a learner is fetched during school hours by a parent/guardian such parent/guardian must sign off such learner at the Secretary’s office.
Off-loading and fetching of learners: Please make use of the parking area in Trouw Street
Assessment Reports must be collected at the school by parents/guardians only.
Circulars/Correspondence: It is the responsibility of learners to deliver circulars/correspondence to their parents/guardians.
School hours: For all learners STRICTLY from
7:30 to 13:45 (Monday to Friday)
7:30 to 13:30 (Friday).
NO pets, toys, or valuables to be brought to school except when required for a specific task or specifically requested by an educator.
The school cannot be held responsible for any damage to or loss of the above.

Unauthorized persons on school premises
Skateboards, roller skates or any such items are NOT allowed on the school premises
Throwing of objects
Dangerous toys and articles
